Upon form completion, these details are emailed to us for adding into the database which supports the business directory listings. Emails are removed unless likely required for future reference in regards to providing our service to you. Such data will be retained for as long as you have business listings on our site. It is important that we are able to keep in touch with our advertisers regarding their listings.
